Sociologist with a Master in Local Policies, Gender and Development and a Master in Public Policy Evaluation, Naiara has been specialising in social research and evaluations related to international development cooperation in Central America and Mexico. She has worked in various sectors such as education, justice and security, local community development, livelihoods, promotion and defence of the indigenous people’s rights. She has more than ten years of experience in the application of participatory qualitative methodologies with a gender focus.
