With a background in health anthropology, Carine developed technical as well as project management skills through a diversity of professional experiences in the field. She collaborated with United Nations, NGOs, COREVIH and trained in research-action approaches on topics related to the HIV epidemic, nutrition and community Health. These approaches joined qualitative socio-cultural and operational recommendations, training and capacity-building, monitoring and evaluation of actions implemented mainly in Africa, the Caribbean and France. Her professional choices and commitments have been driven by her convictions and professional ethics to prevent health inequalities and discriminations, as well as a permanent attention to gender issues.
